Through small group training, we will be able to provide each individual with proper instruction on technique and form. Physical conditioning is paramount to athletic success, but that is not our only focus. P.A.S.S. training will develop discipline as well as effective communication skills. The results in this program really have no end for your young athlete, as potential and progress are limitless.
Coaches: Learn where the athlete's physical weaknesses lie, conquer them, and as a result have their performance improve.
Athletes: Enhance core strength, stamina, movement functionality and flexibility. The latter of which will prevent problems down the road and help athletes build CONFIDENCE.
Parents: Gain peace of mind knowing their athletes are being evaluated in ways that will promote more balanced physical development.
